Documents Required
Documents required to be verified before Admission to Pre-School/Pre-Primary/Class I (2020-2021): (Final admission is subject to the verification of the following documents in original. Photocopies will not be accepted).
Original Birth Certificate of the child issued by Municipal Corporation or equivalent authority.
Some indicative documents which can be submitted as proof of residence (any two proofs of the following) *
Ration card/Smart Card issued in the name of Parents (Mother/Father having the name of child)
Domicile certificate of child or of his/her parents
Voter-I Card (EPIC) of any of the parent
Latest Electricity Bill/MTNL bill/Water bill/Passport in the name of any of the parent or child.
Aadhar card/UID card issued in the name of any of the parent. (*The School also reserves the right of Home visit, if required).
Medical fitness certificate of the child issued by a Medical Officer.
In the case of sibling applicants, the school RFID/ Identity Card /Fee Bill of the siblings.
